Questions, answered

Is the platform plan required?
Yes. The one-time fee pays for the hands-on setup, migration and training. Hosting, EPEX Assist and support are the monthly plan underneath, and founding customers keep today's plan price for as long as they stay.
What if we need more than the package covers?
Each package is a fixed scope on a fixed clock, so you know the price before we start. Anything outside it is a priced add-on: a new lender package format, migrating historical projects, or a custom integration we quote.
Do we get our own system?
You get your own workspace on the EPEX Build platform, isolated by row-level security in the database, with your logo and your team. It is the same platform Epex Construction runs its own projects on.
How long until we are live?
Setup is ten working days from discovery; Complete is fifteen. Your team is trained before go-live and Complete includes thirty days of hypercare after it.
Why under $5,000?
Because the work is productized. The importers, AI column mapping and a workspace template do most of the setup, so one person can run it in days, not months. You pay for the hands-on part only.
