EPEX Build runs Epex Construction's own projects, draws and owners every day, before any customer touches a feature.
Every package has a written price, a day count and a list of what is included, agreed before the work starts. Anything outside it is quoted before it is done.
Your records live in your workspace. Export them any time. The AI reads them to help you; it never trains on them.
Discovery is a working session with the people who built the system, and hypercare after go-live is a phone number, not a ticket queue.
